Automatic CZ purlin steel profile roll forming machine with CW Flange punching

CZ interchangeable machines can produce C and Z rafters. It can realize the conversion of C and Z rafters by changing the upper and lower positions of one roller. It takes half an hour to save time. It can also adjust the lateral distance of the roller to adjust the width of C or Z rafter. High precision and time saving to increase production.It can automatically cut to length, punch and forming, workers just need to set the length, hole distance, quantity, etc into the control system. Produce from C to Z purlin by switch one side roller, only need about 15 minutes. This machine also can adjust roller horizontal distance to achieve C or Z purlins of the width with high precision automatic.
