The line consists of decoiler, sheet guiding equipment, roll
forming section, cutter, supporter, hydraulic system, control
system. The roller shutter which made by this machine have neat
external appearance, even ripples, high utilization and strong
strength.
Description:
We design the new model which can joint two shutters without
traditional clips. This solution not only save the cost for buying
a door accessory, but also speed up the door construction. It can
be designed to produce any profile which according to customers’
requirements. Customers can select to add the in-line punching
holes device or not. Whole production line is driven by hydraulic
system and controlled by PLC with touch screen.
